Alongside the varied enrichment activities run in school we would like to encourage pupils in all year groups to engage with academia in a wider context. As such, we publish a newsletter, ‘Enrich’ advertising opportunities for students to develop their interests and passions independently outside of the classroom.
Each edition contains links to current competitions and challenges and various interesting websites/podcasts. We hope that over the course of the year all pupils will be able to find something interesting to read, listen to, or perhaps even enter a competition that piques their curiosity. For those looking ahead to universities, engagement with the recommended websites/podcasts and competition entries can help to demonstrate a keen interest in a chosen subject. There are often some impressive prizes too!
