Summary

A large, double-height rectangular hall which is part of the main school building, St Nicholas hall is ideal for large scale events. The tiered seating is retractable.

Suitable for:

• Parties, weddings, concerts, conferences etc.

Capacity:

• Max 800 seated in rows. 350 seated banqueting style - subject to room set up. (dimensions 20m x 30m x 6m). Please note that hirers need to supply their own tables.

Included in hire price:

•  Chairs as standard currently in the room. A limited number of tables available that can be moved into room or you are welcome to bring in your own furniture. Use of the entrance foyer and adjacent toilets.
• Please Note: There are no kitchen facilities available. External caterers are welcome to bring in their own heating appliances for use outdoors on our patio area. This area is hired in conjunction with the Refectory space.

Not included:

• Tables, glassware, crockery, cutlery or linen

Availability:

• School holiday - evenings/weekends. Limited availability during term time. Please call to discuss dates.

Times of Hire:

• Monday to Friday - 5.30pm to 8.45pm – must be off site by 9pm
• Saturday – 8am to 5.45pm – must be off site by 6pm
• Sunday - 8am to 4.45pm – must be off site by 5pm

Reasonable variations may be considered but will incur an extra cost.
