Summary

The refectory is a large, light dining area with bench seating for160 adults. Junior size tables & chairs to seat 100 and infant sized tables & chairs for 96.

Please note: We are unable to allow indoor fires, or outdoor fireworks on the school site.

• Parties and conferences etc.

• Around 160 adult seating for a sit down event

Included in hire price:

Trestle tables and bench seating as standard currently in the room. Please Note: There are no kitchen facilities available. External caterers are welcome to bring in their own heating appliances for use on the adjacent patio area outside where there is access to an outdoor power point and a cold water tap. Inside there is access to chilled water dispensers only.

Not included:

• Glassware, crockery, cutlery or linen

Availability:

• Limited availability during term time. Available evenings/weekends during school holidays, in conjunction with the hire of St Nicholas Hall, the Drama Studio or the Music Recital Room.

Times of Hire:

• Monday to Friday - 5.30pm to 8.45pm – must be off site by 9pm
• Saturday – 8am to 5.45pm – must be off site by 6pm
• Sunday - 8am to 4.45pm – must be off site by 5pm

Reasonable variations may be considered but will incur an extra cost.
